Returns/Exchanges



You can return most new and unopened items that have been sold and fulfilled by Stevethepoolman.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error; otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping their returned merchandise.  We will be glad to help you through the return process.  Just email us at returns@stevethepoolman.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Return Email
  • Order Number
  • Brief Description of Return
  • Receiving a Refund

After your return is received and processed we will request a return of your funds.  Please give us 4 weeks to process your return and release your refund (in most cases it will be sooner than this).  You will be notified via e-mail when we have processed your returned item and your refund request.  If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks please Contact Us for help.


Refund Time Period:
5-10 Business days to receive the return from the shipper
3-5 Business days to process your return
Your bank’s turnaround time to credit your account (varies by institution).


How Refunds Are Issued:

You paid by credit card . . . Your refund goes back to that credit card . . . 3-5 business days after your return is processed
You paid using your bank account . . . Your refund goes back to your bank account . . . up to 10 business days after your return is processed
You paid using a Stevethepoolman.com Gift Card . . . Your refund will be credited on the balance of the Gift Card . . . 1-2 business days after your return is processed
You paid using a Stevethepoolman.com Gift Card & a credit card . . . Your refund will be credited first to the credit card then to the Gift Card balance . . . 3-5 business days after your return is processed
You used a promotional certificate to pay . . . no refund will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any Chemicals sold at Stevethepoolman.com.  No exceptions.  


Exchanges
If you received a damaged or faulty item and need to exchange it please follow the steps below, and be sure to indicate you would like to exchange the product.  If you want to exchange an item for a different item, you must go through the returns process, and place another order for the item you want to purchase.  Just email us at returns@stevethepoolman.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Return Email
  • Order Number
  • Brief Description of Return/Exchange
